It gets worse....

Dammit.
So, today I WAS going to drink to Mayaguez and late last night I received a phone call from a friend of mine (I was going to stay at his apt. cause I wasn't going to drive drunk ... I drive bad sober so..) and he was in the hospital!
He is going to be there for 2 days! Shit.
So, I could still go down there and pray I recognize someone and get drunk!
But I don't know. I'll probably stay home playing guitar and drinking my Medallas I have there. This is so wrong... me wanted to go look at some butts @ Maya.... ;)

On other matters, remember I said I bought a cheapie computer.
Well, I did installed my video card and it worked ... for a few days! :( It's giving me problems now!!! WTF?! I don't know what it is yet. It works when it wants to! I think that it is dying or something. I had not used it in a year so ... I don't know.
Could things get any worse???
YES they can ... but that's another story I'm not willing to share.
I'll just be sad for a couple of weeks maybe.! :(

Nothing feels good ... nothing new.

Hey!

All I can say is that there's nothing new on my end but I guess that's what they call progress?!?!?! ;)
I have been here in Puerto Rico for a week now and still it feels different. Everything seems out of place. I guess I need a few weeks to adjust or maybe this week it will all be better when I start drinking again! ;)
I will probably go to Mayaguez on Thursday and see if I can get drunk and drown my sadness (which I didn't do in the States). Then probably continue on the weekend with the newlyweds Hugo and Yanise! .. WoW.. it is weird hearing Hugo saying: "My wife!".

Anyway, see you guys later.

YAY!
Puerto Rico ... home... FUCK IT IS HOT AS HELL!!!
I got here and started swaeting like a pig... just what I wanted!

But now comes the rant...

We were at the airport at 12:00pm (our flight was scheduled for 3:15pm) so we ate lunch, we browsed the internet, we talked shit until we hear someone, a voice so unique saying: "Flight 1147 going to Ft. Lauderdale has been delayed" Oh ohhhh...
The flight was delayed for one hour, so that meant that the flight to Puerto Rico was going without us. We were pissed as heck. But we got on our flight, boarded and got to Ft. Lauderdale. When the plane landed, the stewardess said: "Those leaving to San Juan, P.R., ... the plane is still here".
So off we went running to the other gate and luckily got on our flight to Puerto Rico. Great!!!!!!
But... when we got to Puerto Rico and went to the Baggage Claim, OUR LUGGAGE WASN'T THERE!!!!!! So much for GREAT huh?!

Today we are supossed to receive our luggage. I guess they are still in Ft. Lauderdale in the conveyor belt! lol

Let's see what happens.

Today at work it seems like a different place now.
There are new faces (SOME CUTE FACES...!!! ;)), and I don't know. I guess
it's a different vibe but I'm with my buddies now so it's cool.

Last week in Ct....

HELL YEAH!
This is my last week up here.
So at last I'll say goodbye to cold and snow!
I'm impatiently waiting for Saturday (well,... Sunday) to
start sweating to the tune of 90 degree weather!!!!!!! I'm tired of the
40's and lower 10's.

Let me tell you, I went to the NBA game in Boston and it was
an awesome game. Double overtime and Boston won with a shot by Paul Pierce.
But although the game was good, the driving was not.
First, the craziest guy behind the wheel was driving, second MAPQUEST SUCKS.
We got lost for 2 freaking HOURS!!!! The map just said like: "Go here, get here, drive to 1 North and the hotel is there..."... HUH!?!?!?! WTF!?!?!?
But we found it (2 hours later ... and we were mad as hell), got to the hotel,
left our things and called a Taxi to go to the Fleet Center. Now, if you believe this is f-ed up, next morning we checked-out and it started to snow hard. The highway (3 lanes) were slippery (trucks were jack-kniefing and cars crashing), the snow got thicker and thicker and suddenly 3 lanes became 1. I was scared shitless (lol) but it just lasted 1 hour.

All in all, it was a good experience and a good time.
Went to Olive Garden and ate like pigs!!! Italian pigs!! ;) :p

Well, I was going to keep talking but I'm stopping now.
Maybe I'll post some pics.!

NBA Tomorrow

Yay!!!!!
This week has gone by so fast is not even funny!!
Maybe because workflow was great and I was working a lot?
Or maybe it was the storm we got (the temps are still in the 20's) that made
everything go differently?
Whatever it was, it's almost Friday!
Also noticed that ... I just have 1 WEEK up here in Ct!!
WoW. It sure went fast! At least I learned some new shit, met some new people and "perrie" par de veces! ;)

I'll let you know later how Boston vs. Detroit went!
